I’m Kristen (she/her), a Divine Feminine medium, healer, and spiritual mentor devoted to helping women remember who they are beneath the noise and the ache. Through sacred 1:1 and group offerings blending mediumship, energy healing, and intuitive mentorship, I help you soften grief, awaken your inner light, and remember the sacred language of your Soul.

I’m Kristen (she/her), and I’m here to sit with you in the tender places — to listen, to connect with Spirit, and to help you feel seen, soothed, and supported. My work is rooted in my own journey of healing and awakening, a path shaped by grief, pain, and the slow, sacred process of continually finding my way back to myself.
Because I’ve walked through darkness and discovered light on the other side, I know the courage it takes to be vulnerable and the relief that comes when someone truly holds space for you. Every session I offer is a reflection of that lived experience — an invitation to feel safe, to remember you are never alone, and to reconnect with the love and joy that has always surrounded you.

Through every session and circle, I channel this living presence to help women feel safe, seen, and supported as they release what depletes them and reconnect with divine love and wisdom within. This is more than a practice — it is my mission to bring the Divine Feminine more fully into our world, so that wholeness can take root in each of us.
